If you for any reason are not completely satisfied with the merchandise, simply send the item back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1. Phone calls are not required for refunds.

3. Fill out the Return form enclosed with your order, and kindly specify the reason of your request for us to provide better service in the future. All returned goods must be accompanied by the Return form.
4. Mail item to the address printed on the Return form. MAMAWAY INC. 2F-4 NO.50, SEC. 1, XINSHENG SOUTH ROAD, TAIPEI CITY 10059, TAIWAN (R.O.C.) Remember to obtain proof of postage when mailing your parcel.
5. After items are approved for refund, your payment will be returned to you in full.
